Our story began in 1988 with Overseas, a logistics company that set the foundation for Z World Holdings. From those early days of coordinating and moving goods, we learned the value of efficiency, precision, and a commitment to quality—values that would guide us as we ventured into new fields. Over time, our vision expanded, and with it, so did our company.

In 2011, we founded ZDS Architects, stepping into architecture to bring thoughtful design and functional beauty to the spaces we create. As our family of companies grew, we launched ZCC in 2018, a construction company dedicated to building with integrity and expertise. Aten followed in 2019, adding a layer of technical support, and POINT came in 2020, pushing engineering boundaries with innovative solutions. That same year, OFFSET joined us, enhancing our project support capabilities.

In 2021, we welcomed Gstudio, specializing in 3D visualization and digital marketing, and Zevents, broadening our reach with event management. By 2022, ZDS Developments took shape, focusing on real estate projects that bring together our years of experience across construction, design, and engineering. New ventures like Slate, Cubes, and Being have continued to enrich our offerings, each company bringing its perspective and strength to Z World Holdings.
