Under the first agreement with the Ministry of Construction, ZDS will play a key role in the New Capital and Affordable Housing Program by:

Sharing Expertise: Conducting workshops and consultations to advance urban design and sustainable construction practices.
Driving Investments: Assisting in crafting proposals to secure critical funding and attract investment opportunities.
Promoting Sustainability: Evaluating and recommending eco-friendly building materials suited for Côte d’Ivoire's projects.

The second collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Trade focuses on delivering the full development scope for the Special Economic Zone, a project designed to drive industrial growth and economic innovation.

We are honored that these historic agreements were formalized with the Minister of Construction and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in the presence of the Prime Minister of Côte d’Ivoire.
