Khaled El Zeki is an Egyptian Architect, leading the second generation of a family business operating in various industries. In 2010, El Zeki started the architecture and real estate development business lines in the group.
El Zeki holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture, a Master's degree in Architecture, Management and Design from IE School of Architecture and Design in Madrid, Spain. El Zeki also pursued an extensive real estate education in joint programs between MIT and Harvard University.
El Zeki is an active board member in Z World Holding, a comprehensive family business that shoulders various business industries including Design Consultancy, Real Estate Development, Construction & Building Materials and Logistics.
Beside his engineering expertise, El Zeki has been a trusted consultant to many strategic decision makers including royal families, presidential entities & top tier governmental organizations in Egypt & The Middle East.

With over twenty years’ experience in the construction industry and real estate, I have exceptional skills and experience in planning, detailing, designing, coordinating projects and site supervision both in the public and private sectors. I am able to work effectively under pressure and can be relied upon to deliver, irrespective of circumstances. I have a long history of working on all stages of projects from inception to completion. I am Auto Cad proficient, have contract administration experience, and am able to work with multiple stakeholders on a number of projects simultaneously.
My excellent communication, public relations, problem-solving and leadership skills, combined with a high degree of professional competence, allowed me to lead a team of architects to accomplish various projects.
In the last couple of years I stepped in to real estate development business. I joined a well-established company, MNHD, and after a year of joining the company we launched one of the most successful projects in greater Cairo and the most successful project in the company’s history, in terms of sales volume.
